Being relatively new to formal dancing, I am interested in hearing about places to practice outside of class. We have been attending most of the social dances held at JUST DANCING on the Friday schedule, but are there any public places other members like to go??
Also, I would like to suggest a monthly progress for the beginners class instead of repeating the basics over and over again. Four or five classes progressing from one to another, so students will remain in class, or at least break the beginners class into 2 sections at opposite ends of the room: basics class first timers plus (minnows) and 6 classes or more (sunfish). OK, you know what I mean about the fish if you took swimming classes... |

Hello,
You can find places to dance on BallroomAdvisor.com. Scroll down the main page until you see "Ballroom, Swing And Salsa Dance Parties In St. Louis".
I have a calendar. You choose the date by pointing mouse arrow over it-- you will see all events on that date to the right in a green box. Choose the event and click on it. It will give you more information. |
